Access to the castle
To have ticket discounts you could be asked to show a valid identity document.
The entrance ticket includes the guided tour to all the rooms, to the contemporary art museum and to the temporary exhibitions.
During particular events, the opening hours or ticket prices could change. Any variation will be will be indicated with all the information about the event. To keep up-to-date, you can read the News Blog oe subscribe to our newsletter.
What's the ticket price?
We have an adult ticket and several concessions.

Arrive by car or on foot
From the town of Zavattarello, you can reach the castle also by car: just outside the garden walls you can find a parking for about 15 cars.
On the occasion of special events, the road leading to the castle can be closed.
In some cases there is a shuttle service: the hours will be indicated with all the information about the eventi. Check our News Blog or subscribe to our newsletter to receive all the information.
What about going on foot?
Going on foot is not hard.
From Piazza Dal Verme the road is about 700m sweet slope in the wood.
You can also walk in the Medieval borough without lengthening the road.
Services for groups
The castle can be open all year long for booked groups (minimum 15 people). We are happy to organise with you a visit that suits your needs.
The castle is not accessible for coaches because of a low passage.
If you need it, you can book a shuttle service from Piazza Dal Verme to the castle.
But we suggest you to go on foot, so you can also visit the Medieval borough. You can also ask to be accompanied by a guide.
The castle can be closed or only partially open in case of events and ceremonies.
